1  to 1 1/2 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 serving protein powder (I used brown rice)

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon maca

1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha

1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

dd all ingredients to a blender starting with the milk. Blend until smooth and drink.
