Pumpkin Bite

1/2 cup of pitted medjool dates

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 1/2 cups of pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of rice protein powder

Roll in ground pumpkin seeds

Cacao Bite 

 

1 cup of pitted medjool dates

1 1/2 cups of almonds

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of rice protein powder

1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

Roll in Cacao powder 

Coconut Bite 

 

1 cup of pitted medjool dates

1 1/2 cups of cashews

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of rice protein powder

2 tablespoons shredded coconut 

Roll in coconut flakes

For each bite add all the ingredients into a blender, beginning with the nuts, and mix until well combined. Roll the balls in the corresponding cacao, coconut or ground pumpkin seeds.
